Primary Purpose The Manager, Global Visual Merchandising – Women’s Collection supports the Global Visual Merchandising team in creating compelling monthly Visual Merchandising Guidelines, assisting with seasonal showroom setups, and developing visual strategies that drive brand awareness, meet sales objectives

and maximize profitability. The role will primarily focus on Women’s Collection, supporting all product categories.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly In‑Store Global VM Guidelines

Partner with Global Merchandising and Buyers to develop innovative seasonal VM strategies.

Assist with physical and digital content creation.

Seasonal Showroom Installations & Special Events

Organize and prepare VM plans, props, and tools.

Maintain showroom visual standards before, during, and after appointments.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work with Marketing, Ecommerce and Sample Library teams to manage product samples.

Trend & Inspiration Research

Conduct seasonal trend reporting and gather creative inspiration.

Required

5+ years of visual merchandising experience with fashion‑related brands (corporate or field).

Experience with leather goods and lifestyle categories (bags, small leather goods, ready‑to‑wear, footwear and accessories such as jewelry, eyewear & scarves).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Photoshop.

Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities and react quickly with urgency.

Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.

Preferred

Bachelor of Arts or related field; an equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to interface with a diverse group.

Strong aesthetic and visual design/styling experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Work Setup: HYBRID

BASE PAY RANGE $95,000.00 TO $110,000.00 Annually
