Brief Description Perform essential job responsibilities to facilitate the flow of inbound and outbound shipments into / from the Feed & Biofuel Muncy facility. Perform all duties required to receive, store, pull, issue, transport, and ship purchased or manufactured products. Fully utilize the company’s SAP computer system to complete all associated transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic, Canadian, and international shipments through approved transportation vendors to support the timely distribution of products
Estimate, obtain, and analyze freight costs; select the most cost-effective and appropriate mode of transportation based on service, timing, and budget requirements
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, export documents, and applicable import documentation
Ensure compliance with all export control regulations, trade laws, and internal policies in coordination with Group Legal
Apply working knowledge of HTS codes, country of origin requirements, Incoterms, Letters of Credit, ISF filings, and Shipper’s Letters of Instruction to ensure accurate classification and documentation
Arrange transportation and logistics activities to support manufacturing schedules, customer delivery requirements, and inventory flow
Pull materials for manufacturing processes and outbound shipments as required
Execute inventory transactions within SAP, including work order creation, material receipts, and inventory movements
Support inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Communicate daily logistics status, shipment challenges, and operational risks to internal customers; develop and execute action plans to meet changing business priorities
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve transportation, documentation, inventory, and scheduling issues
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a customer-focused mindset
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
1-3 years of experience in logistics, traffic coordination, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations
Working knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes and documentation
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Other Valued Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Preferred)
Associate’s degree or technical coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
Experience with international exports, imports, and export control regulations.
Basic understanding of HTS codes, Incoterms, and trade compliance requirements
Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and standard computer applications
Familiarity with Letters of Credit, ISF filings, and Shipper’s Letters of Instruction
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout warehouse and manufacturing areas
Ability to lift and move materials up to 25–50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Frequent use of computers and handheld devices for data entry and documentation
May operate or work in proximity to forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification/training as required)
Work performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, temperature variations, and industrial equipment
Required to follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
