Responsibilities The Telecom Operator answers phones courteously, directing individuals to the correct department or person, and answers any property information questions.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1+ year(s) experience working with phone systems.
Effective oral communication skills.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Computerized data entry experience.
Compensation Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include additional components such as differentials and call pay, based on role. Expected salary range: $67,000 to $111,625 per year.
