We are seeking a Safety and Facilities Manager to lead key initiatives in environmental compliance, workplace safety and security, and facility operations. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting personnel and assets, and driving operational excellence across our U.S. locations.
Key Responsibilities Facilities Management
Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upgrades.
Manage preventative maintenance schedules and vendor relationships.
Support space planning and capital projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
Support energy efficiency initiatives, including solar systems.
Safety and Security Leadership
Develop and improve safety programs, policies, and training.
Maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and corporate safety standards.
Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.
Maintain security protocols and emergency response plans.
Serve as a liaison with law enforcement and emergency services.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Partner with EHS specialists to maintain permits and reporting.
Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including safety, facilities, and EHS leadership.
Strong project management and team leadership skills.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and continuous improvement practices.
Certifications such as OSHA 30 / 501, CFM, FMP, CSP, or CIH are a plus.
Ability to travel domestically 2-3x per year.
