Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Additional Compensation
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise the online order filling team to meet productivity and quality targets.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispensing of online orders.
Provide coaching and support to associates to improve performance.
Maintain inventory accuracy and manage substitutions for missing items.
Monitor adherence to safety and security procedures.
Qualifications
Mid‑Senior level experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
Knowledge of Walmart processes and systems preferred.
