Delivery Specialist – O'Reilly Auto Parts
The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner, collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns.

Key Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily inspections.
Keep vehicles clean and maintain them, completing daily inspections prior to operating.
Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and monies at all times.
Pick up customer returns, completing driver return slips.
Communicate any problems or special needs from customers to store management.
Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately.
Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at end of day.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, errands, core returns, and stock order processing.
Occasionally assist customers, serve as cashier, and help with merchandising tasks when business dictates.
Required Qualifications
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18‑point system.
Possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandatory driving eligibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with automotive parts.
Ability to operate other light store equipment.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
