Global Procurement & Logistics Manager Role Summary

As Facilities Regional Category Manager, EL Indirect Materials and Service (Americas), you will develop and execute category strategies for Building Maintenance (preventive, corrective, predictive, routine, and non‑routine services), Construction Projects, Office Redesigns, and Building Repairs. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and a proven ability to maintain and enhance infrastructure performance. You will collaborate with senior business stakeholders, Procurement, and Finance teams to identify opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and drive category performance, cost savings, and long‑term value. Key Responsibilities

Leverage the Continuous Improvement Process and Sourcing process to implement effective sourcing strategies that align with business strategy and ensure the supply base/suppliers can meet current and future business needs. Manage planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging country spending, and savings forecasts. Negotiate agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renew price lists, terms and conditions. Identify, investigate, and select appropriate suppliers (focusing on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability) in accordance with company policies. Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field is preferred. 10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience. 5+ years of proven experience and specialization in Negotiation, implementation and administration of Indirect Services Categories. Extensive experience in building maintenance (preventive, corrective, predictive, routine maintenance). Great knowledge of the IFM Program (Integrated Facilities Management program) to keep and maintain company infrastructure. Category Management experience: developing and implementing category strategies. Supplier Management: proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiations. ABB Smart Buildings
