Base Pay Range $50,000.00/hr - $55,000.00/hr
Job Title Business Technology Analyst – Entry Level
Salary Range $55,000–$60,000 annually
Position Summary RWI Logistics is seeking an Entry-Level Business Technology Analyst to support supply chain and logistics operations through technology and business systems. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience interested in business analysis, IT systems, and supply chain technology. The position works cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, and external technology partners to improve operational efficiency and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with business systems and applications
Assist in system integrations and streamline operational processes
Gather, document, and validate business requirements
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making
Support Business Intelligence tools and system updates
Assist with implementation of new supply chain and logistics platforms
Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and user guides
Participate in technology and business improvement projects
Provide occasional evening or weekend support as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
0–2 years of professional experience (internships, co‑ops, or academic projects qualify)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Information Systems, or related field
Experience or coursework in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including MercuryGate or similar platforms
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Process mapping and documentation tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
CRM systems and project management tools
Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Golang, or C# is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
