Macquarie Asset Management's Digital team within D3E (Division made up of Data, Digital, Design & Engineering) plays a leading role in Macquarie Asset Management's digitalization strategy to increase future scalability, unlock operating efficiencies, uphold our risk standards and improve staff and client experiences. Our teams help to unlock these strategic benefits by defining, delivering and embedding digital solutions across our value chain, in partnership with key business stakeholders.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role requires 3 days a week in our office location.
What role will you play? As a Business Analyst, you will gather and interpret requirements, analyze business processes, and collaborate on solutions to drive measurable business impact. You will work closely with the Wealth Solutions and Secondaries teams in New York, partnering with stakeholders and the D3E team to identify, prioritize, and implement digital solutions. Your role will focus on documenting solutions aligned with market trends and growth products, while supporting change management and maintaining strong project governance.
Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $165,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
What you offer
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with experience working as part of a product team in scrum, exposure to working in cross‑discipline teams and global time zones will be highly regarded.
Prior experience in the Financial Services sector or a similar regulated field and a strong risk mindset.
Prior experience implementing (defining, building, operationalising) digital solutions, particularly those related to operational efficiencies.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a self‑starter growth mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to a wider range of internal and external stakeholders.
