Project Manager Level 2 (Hybrid – Mequon, WI)
Our Client is looking for a Project Manager Level 2 who thrives on execution and getting work across the finish line. This role is ideal for a hands‑on project manager who enjoys taking defined initiatives, turning them into clear plans, and driving results in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
What you’ll be doing
Own and execute cost‑reduction projects within manufacturing and supply chain operations
Take over projects that are already scoped or in progress and drive them through completion
Build clear, practical project plans with timelines and milestones
Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
Track progress, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule
Ensure projects close successfully with measurable outcomes
What success looks like
Project plans are established quickly and clearly
Stakeholders stay aligned and engaged without constant escalation
Projects move forward consistently and close on time
What we’re looking for
2+ years of hands‑on project management experience
Full project lifecycle ownership from planning through delivery
Strong execution and follow‑through, not just tracking
Comfort working cross‑functionally and driving action without formal authority
Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operational teams
Nice to have
Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma concepts
PMP certification (helpful, not required)
Comfort using tools like Excel or Microsoft Project
Work environment
Hybrid role based in Mequon, WI
Onsite presence expected Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
