Project Manager – Renewable Energy EPC (Site-Based, Pryor, OK)
About the Role
Conductor Power is seeking a
Project Manage r to lead utility‑scale renewable energy projects from start to finish. In this site‑based role, you’ll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget by overseeing planning, execution, and close‑out activities. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards — all while helping drive the transition to a cleaner energy future.
What You’ll Do
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources
Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with design specs and safety standards
Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, superintendents, contractors, and support staff
Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues in collaboration with contractors and subcontractor
Oversee budgets, implement cost‑saving measures, and optimize resources for maximum efficiency
Enforce quality control standards through regular inspections and project reviews
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships
Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, permits, and reporting for stakeholders
Capture lessons learned and share best practices to strengthen project delivery across the company
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the renewable energy or construction sector
Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations; solar experience is a plus
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
Exceptional leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100% of the time
