We are seeking a
Supply Chain Organization Development Manager
to lead the strategic transformation and optimization of the entire Supply Chain function within Exxelia Magnetics US. This pivotal role is responsible for significantly expanding organizational capability and enhancing operational efficiency through alignment with Group best practices and comprehensive leveraging of the
Sage X3 ERP system . The leader will serve as the chief architect of change and the guarantor of process harmonization, establishing a foundation for sustainable operational excellence.
Core Areas of Responsibility The role is strategically structured around four fundamental pillars of supply chain excellence:
1. Strategic Process Upgrade and Core Model Implementation
Global Harmonization and Deployment:
Lead the analysis, adaptation, and deployment of the Group's standard process model (the
Core Model ) across all relevant functions within Exxelia Magnetics US.
Flow Optimization:
Systematically identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and bottlenecks throughout the complete supply chain lifecycle, including procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics, to guarantee peak performance.
Documentation and Training:
Develop comprehensive documentation for all optimized processes and execute hands‑on training for operational teams to ensure high adoption rates and strict compliance with new working methods.
2. Technical Data Integrity in Sage X3
Data Reliability Strategy:
Define and implement a robust strategy to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all critical technical data (Bill of Materials / BOMs, routings, standard times, and planning parameters) within the
Sage X3 ERP environment .
Audit and Corrective Action:
Conduct regular, in‑depth audits of Supply Chain data within Sage X3 and drive collaborative corrective action plans with the Production, Methods, and IT teams.
Data Standardization and Governance:
Establish proactive data quality control mechanisms to guarantee that all new and updated data is created and maintained according to the Core Model standards.
3. Management of Global Production Subcontracting
Sage X3 Optimization:
Drive the utilization and optimization of the dedicated Sage X3 subcontracting module for efficient material flow management and finished goods tracking with low‑cost country factories.
Capacity Planning:
Manage and optimize the workload versus capacity planning for all subcontracting factory operations.
Logistic Flow Optimization:
Streamline and optimize the end‑to‑end logistic flow of goods related to subcontracting activities, including complex considerations such as freight, customs, and tariffs.
4. Integrated Planning and S&OP Leadership
Planning Performance Improvement:
Review and evolve existing planning processes to achieve measurable improvements in service rates while optimizing inventory levels.
S&OP Cycle (Sales & Operations Planning):
Structure, lead, and facilitate the full S&OP cycle to effectively align commercial forecasts, available production capacity, and the company's financial objectives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Conduct in‑depth analysis of critical supply chain KPIs (On‑Time Delivery (OTD), Late Shipments, Inventory accuracy, etc.) and proactively propose data‑driven continuous improvement actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications We are looking for a high‑potential leader who combines deep technical knowledge with exceptional change management skills.
Education & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience:
Significant, demonstrated experience in a Supply Chain management or development role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, preferably dealing with the complexity of multiple different components.
Technical Expertise
ERP Expertise:
Advanced proficiency and proven experience with the Supply Chain module of
Sage X3 is a major asset . Must possess prior experience leading or participating in a major ERP system deployment or upgrade.
Methodologies:
In‑depth knowledge of advanced planning methodologies (Master Production Scheduling/Material Requirements Planning (MPS/MRP), S&OP) and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).
Leadership Qualities
Leadership and Influence:
Ability to mobilize and influence multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, operating effectively without direct hierarchical authority.
Rigor and Organization:
Strong organizational skills and an intense focus on data quality, integrity, and compliance with established processes.
Communication:
Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate frequently with international Group leadership and teams.
