Base pay range $83,600.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Join our Payments Product Control team and provide support to the financial controllers and trading desks to ensure that the profit & loss, balance sheet, and month-end close procedures are done correctly and accurately. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to numerous teams and products across the firm.

As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Payments Product Control team, you will collaborate with diverse teams and gain exposure to a wide range of financial products. Your work will help shape robust controls and support new business initiatives. Be a key contributor to our financial success.

Job responsibilities

Assist with daily profit & loss reporting and month-end close processes

Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management

Partner with the business to bring forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives

Coordinate across various front and back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner

Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control

Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

At least 3 years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area

Experience doing profit & loss and month-end close process

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area

Solid understanding of financial products

Foundational analytical skills and attention to detail including an advanced control focus

Excellent communication skills and ability to develop dynamic working relationships
