Responsibilities As Hotel General Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of hotel operations — from Front Office and Housekeeping to Maintenance and Sales. You’ll ensure every guest feels valued, every associate feels supported, and every department runs seamlessly.

Inspiring, coaching, and leading a passionate team to deliver best‑in‑class hospitality.

Bring to life Hyatt’s core, award‑winning service standards through leading by example.

Overseeing all daily operations to ensure exceptional quality, cleanliness, and service.

Developing strategic business and financial plans that drive results and profitability.

Partnering with Sales and Marketing to create innovative revenue‑generating initiatives.

Building strong community relationships and staying in tune with local market trends.

Recruiting, training, and developing top talent — fostering a culture of excellence and fun.

Maintaining strict adherence to financial controls, company standards, and brand expectations.

Oversee full renovation of the property as it becomes re‑imagined into the premiere hotel in the north of Boston.

Qualifications

A seasoned hospitality leader with 5+ years of hotel General Manager experience.

Energetic, motivated, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.

A strategic thinker and hands‑on operator who leads by example.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and a creative problem‑solver.

Skilled communicator who thrives in a collaborative, people‑first culture.

Hyatt brand experience is highly desired!

Compensation Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000
