What You’ll Be Doing
Be the first and last impression—greet every client with warmth and personality
Educate clients on
membership benefits , add‑ons, and styling products
Drive
sales
by matching products and services with each guest’s needs
Manage appointments, process check‑ins/outs, and support the flow of the shop
Assist stylists, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every visit is smooth and memorable
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
Are
high‑energy, friendly, and motivated
by connecting with people
Have a
sales‑focused mindset
and love hitting goals
Enjoy a fast‑paced, busy environment with teamwork at the center
Communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence
Can multitask and stay cool under pressure
Are tech‑comfortable and confident using point‑of‑sales systems
Can be on your feet for 6–8 hour shifts and are available on weekends
Have experience in hospitality, retail, or front desk roles (a bonus, not a must—we’ll train you!)
