A DAY IN THE LIFE This position is responsible for supervising and training the IRA Program Support team to achieve compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements across Blattner’s portfolio of projects. The role contributes to the development of program‑related policies, practices and procedures needed to meet reporting and contractual obligations. It also coordinates with other business areas to streamline efforts and supports escalated items from coordinators.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
Supervises efforts in achieving compliance with IRA regulations and IRA‑related contractual requirements for Blattner’s portfolio of projects.
Oversees the compliance of Blattner’s owner reports with contractual obligations.
Supports coordinators as an escalation point when working with owner representatives and owner third‑party auditing firms.
Aligns the activities of consultant resources with the objectives of the program.
Trains, coaches, and regularly connects with the IRA Program support team to provide direction and guidance.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four or more years of applicable experience.

$75,553.00 - $109,552.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
