Open to Anywhere in the United States. The role focuses primarily on planogram development (85%) with a smaller portion dedicated to analysis (15%). You will generate data‑driven insights and guide clients on how to leverage those insights for business growth. This includes delivering actionable analysis from internal and external data sources for key national customers and playing a critical role in the sales planning process. Responsibilities

Conduct a broad range of strategic business planning, including category management, space management, product evaluation, promotion planning and evaluation, and resource allocation. Analyze retailing and shopper/consumer behaviors, building insights and data‑driven strategies leveraging macro‑economic, consumer, and retail insights leading to clear implications and recommendations. Identify, measure, and quantify brand and competitor trends and opportunities with weekly/monthly reporting vehicles. Enhance business operations through consultative insights and presentations generating increased sales. Manage the use and application of syndicated and non-syndicated data resources and Blue Yonder software. Strategically leverage analytical insights to further category growth and identify merchandising opportunities. Understand CROSSMARK capabilities/processes and recommend insight‑based actions generating incremental revenue for CROSSMARK. Develop and share best practices (templates, analyses, methodologies). Be recognized internally and externally as a thought leader in space planning, category management insights, and trends. Coordinate efforts with the field Insights team to manage completion of national client presentations and analyses. Analyze and present post‑promotion analysis quantifying impact to brand and category. Qualifications

2 years’ experience analyzing and interpreting data and delivering actionable insights with strategic thinking. Relevant experience within the CPG industry preferred. Experience working with sales and/or customer development, including channel development, merchandising, and trade relations preferred. Prior work experience in data analysis, planogram development, and systems demonstrating fundamental knowledge of the technology involved in operating these systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate skills in Excel. Organize and manage multiple, time‑sensitive projects. Work well in a team setting and with various levels within the organization. Translate broad trends to specific implications. Storytelling with information: look across the store, not just analyze a category. Knowledge of statistics and quantitative business analysis is a plus. Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and able to build dashboards using market data tools (Circana). Proficient in Blue Yonder or other space planning solutions. Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and peripherals. EEO Statement
