Summary We are seeking a dedicated

Warehouse Supervisor

who wants to be part of a company that makes a difference in patients’ lives. In this position you will be responsible for the overall warehouse management, inventory control, purchasing, delivery routing, and general maintenance of products and vehicles in facilities. You will also be responsible for hiring and training Patient Service Technicians and all warehouse personnel. In the State of CO this position pays between $57,783.96/yr. – $60k/yr. depending on related experience plus bonus opportunity.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Manages FDA Compliance and review of daily FDA paperwork

Meets with suppliers

Processes purchase orders

Maintains inventory

Performs equipment maintenance and record keeping activities

Reviews shipping notices/invoices for accuracy

Supervises or performs warehouse receiving/distribution activities

Routes deliveries as appropriate to promote time and manpower efficiencies and keep records of all routing

Conducts annual evaluation of reporting employees

Monitors Fleet reports

Demonstrates and performs in‑services on products to other employees

Delivers equipment in the absence of drivers

Maintains and monitors procedures for transfilling compressed or liquid gas according to FDA guidelines

Maintains preventive maintenance program (Equipment Maintenance Records) for all equipment lines

Manages IOP participation

Supervises vehicle maintenance to ensure compliance

Supervises warehouse personnel, orients and evaluates all subordinate employees to their job responsibilities and provides ongoing in‑services

Monitors personnel and vehicle records and maintains in accordance with Department of Transportation guidelines

Qualifications

Background investigation (company-wide)

Drug screen (when applicable for the position)

Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)

Education And/Or Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

2-3 years home medical equipment experience

2-3 years retail and/or HME service technician experience, or purchasing/inventory control experience

Prior supervisory experience in healthcare business

Skills, Knowledge And Abilities

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of communication mediums

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and train others on all equipment

Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution when handling sensitive information

Ability to multi‑task along with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Communicates effectively with location employees, patients and referral sources both verbally and in writing to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner

Deductive problem solving skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Strong self‑motivation and time‑management skills

Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers

Strong verbal and written communication skills desired
