We are a growing contractor specialising in stick‑built residential construction, with a strong track record delivering high‑quality multi‑unit developments. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead condominium projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of assigned condominium projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of stick‑built condominium projects
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes
Lead site meetings and report on progress to senior management and clients
Manage change orders, RFIs, and risk mitigation
Ensure health & safety and quality standards are consistently met
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
Strong understanding of stick‑built construction methods
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project timelines
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving ability
