Stylist and Shoot Co-Ordinator
Location:
New York, USA
Responsibilities Styling Execution
Develop and deliver styling proposals across womenswear, menswear, and accessories in line with brand direction and seasonal trends.
Maintain a visual styling library/inspiration deck to aid rapid ideation.
On-Shoot Styling & Content Execution
Prepare all looks and accessories 24 hours in advance of each shoot.
Ensure accuracy in garment presentation (e.g., steaming, sizing, set readiness).
Assist on all shoots (e-commerce, still-life, and creative), ensuring smooth styling transitions.
Assist with shooting iPhone/social content when required.
Model, Freelancer & Talent Sourcing
Source new models for campaigns, aligned with brand aesthetics.
Manage model and freelancer bookings staying within budget and timelines.
Maintain an organised model/freelancer database with feedback from each shoot.
Book and coordinate freelancers (MUAs, videographers, assistants, etc.).
Props, Locations & Creative Support
Propose suitable shoot locations and backdrops in line with campaign concepts, logistics, and budget.
Source and organise props within agreed timelines and ensure creative alignment.
Avoid any shoot delays due to missing locations or props through proactive planning.
Sample Management
Track and log all incoming/outgoing samples.
Work closely with production to prepare, steam, and ready all items at least one working day before each shoot.
Calendar & Documentation Management
Maintain and circulate a centralised shoot calendar with full accuracy and stakeholder visibility.
Submit final shoot documents for approvals.
VIP & Personal Shopper Support
Respond to VIP and personal shopper styling requests within 24 hours.
Maintain a 90%+ positive feedback rate from VIPs and internal stakeholders.
Reporting, Budgeting & Feedback Implementation
Submit weekly performance reports, including: Shoot status updates, Sample tracking, Feedback implementation.
Maintain and distribute an updated shoot calendar weekly.
Ensure studio shoot budgets are tracked and pre-approved by CEO/HOM.
You Should Apply If
Experience with luxury and high‑street brands is essential.
High taste level whilst commercially‑minded.
Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
The Interview Process Stage 1 – Initial chat (30 mins). An introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.
Stage 2 – Styling Task.
Stage 3 – Formal interview (60 mins). The final stage is to present your completed task and an in‑depth conversation with the hiring manager.
Salary: $50,000‑$55,000
Holiday accrual scheme (up to 5 extra days)
