About the Role We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Product Specialist to represent Audi’s import vehicle lineup. Whether you have years of automotive experience or are eager to learn sales, Kocourek Automotive provides the training and support to help you succeed in this fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Guide guests through vehicle selection, test drive, and purchase process
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of our Audi lineup, features, and benefits
Present financing and leasing options in collaboration with our Finance Department
Build lasting relationships with customers through follow‑up and ongoing service
Achieve individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive background a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal‑driven with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
