Rockhurst University – 1100 Rockhurst Road, Kansas City, MO 64110. (Online applications accepted only)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, full‑time.
Pay:
$23.00 per hour (Fixed Pay Rate)
Requirements:
Previous supervisor experience required.
Job Summary:
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
