Position Responsibilities
Supervises, trains, and directs shipping personnel.
Ensures production orders are filled correctly and distribution is completed according to schedule.
Makes adjustments in personnel assignments to cover absenteeism and emergencies.
Reviews documents for accuracy; assists in identifying and eliminating errors.
Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
Ensures employee compliance with work rules.
Makes recommendations on disciplinary action and participates in that process as necessary.
Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
Performs other duties deemed by management to be integral to the job, such as fulfillment of work schedules and adherence to attendance policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) or more years of related experience.
Essential Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency.
Completion of a formal management skills training program.
