Job Description The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Work Schedule Requirements
Work Schedule
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
Supervisor/Managerial Experience: None required.
