Rebuild Project Manager & Estimator
Property Medics of Georgia is a residential construction company focused on insurance‑related mitigation and reconstruction.
We currently have an immediate opening for a Rebuild Project Manager & Estimator. We are looking for a self‑motivated, team player who genuinely cares about workmanship. The company has steady work year‑round and offers long‑term employment in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
Duties
Schedules and coordinates projects efficiently to complete in a timely and profitable fashion.
Verifies all documentation is complete on a per loss basis.
Can navigate multiple software systems and complex billing procedures.
Works with other personnel to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Writes estimates in Xactimate and completes control points according to insurance company guidelines.
Completes estimates in a timely manner in accordance with program guidelines; no late entries.
Visits client sites within the service area.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Project Manager and Estimator experience; must have experience using Xactimate; Symbilaty a plus.
Preferred 5 years experience working in construction; familiar with general construction including renovation, framing, trim, flooring, doors and window installation, carpentry, and plumbing.
Preferred prior work experience with a disaster restoration / mitigation company.
Must be familiar with various insurance company program guidelines.
High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher (or equivalent experience) required.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be self‑motivated and work well individually.
Must be a team player and work well with others.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds without assistance.
