Meet The Team We are looking for an experienced senior analyst, a problem solver, and an innovative thinker, to join the Logistics Excellence team! The Logistics Excellence team’s mission is to build an operating model to align people, process and systems to industry best practices focused on exceptional service, safety, quality, and lower costs.
We are building a continuous improvement culture, in which everyone can identify problems and proactively take initiative to drive solutions to address the problems.

Where You Come In
You use data, business process and system knowledge to create, change and automate reports and tools to enable data-driven decisions to achieve best-in-class performance in quality, people, service, and cost for scale.
You are detail-oriented to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data and identify gaps and trends in data to support fact-based decisions to drive improvements and changes.
You drive logistics process and systems improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams for warehousing, distribution, transportation, trade compliance, logistics service providers, etc.
You collaborate with functional stakeholders and partners to define project objectives, develop and implement an execution plan based on the project’s scope, timeline, and available resources.
You ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations by tracking project outcomes/ROI, change adoption, and measuring stakeholder satisfaction.
You will assist in other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
Proficient with SmartSheet, Macros, SQL, Visio/Lucid
Project Management and Change Management related certifications
APICS or other supply chain related certification
5+ years of ERP experience (e.g. Oracle, Transportation Management System, Global Trade Management)
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. Healthcare, Medical Device)
Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, or other AI tools
Travel Required

Experience And Education Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
