Base pay range: $119,700/yr - $191,100/yr
Job Description The team is dedicated to promoting strategic transformation, improving the risk and control framework, phasing out outdated systems and processes, and fostering operational synergies and efficiencies for the Corporate and Investment Banking Markets Asset Servicing operational teams. As a Program Manager within the Transformation Team, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end program management, including business analysis, process mapping, design solution, build planning, test and implementation. This is a senior role requiring a high degree of analytical skills and program management. Communication is key, and you will ensure that the technology development team comprehends the requirements and delivers technology solutions that provide genuine value and transformative impact to the operational teams.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with key business and technology representatives to deliver value to Operations through effective product delivery.
Communicate and negotiate agreement on design solutions across multiple stakeholders.
Prepare business requirements documentation and process flow mapping that is clear and comprehensive.
Work closely with technology partners to support testing and implementation of solutions where required.
Partner with other members of the program team as required to ensure successful execution across the transformation agenda.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Program Management – prior experience of front‑to‑back, full lifecycle project & program management.
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work at any given time.
Ability to manage product improvement through effective Agile and Product Ownership methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills.
Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stakeholders and Technology.
Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required.
Ability to troubleshoot and strong analytical skills required.
Effective change management skills. Ability to support & adapt within a changing environment.
Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record.
A self‑starter with ability to lead, work in a team or independently.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Knowledge of Asset Servicing and/or Operations processes would be beneficial.
