Overview This position is primarily responsible for inventory control and logistics, performing daily warehouse duties which include shipping and inventory control.
Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs daily shipping, inventory control, and pulling of materials for shipping/deliveries in an expeditious manner.
Performs assigned shipping functions daily.
Packaging – packaging/assigning specific items to customer orders.
Shipping – takes packaged orders and creates shipping labels accurately for the designated customer.
Performs year‑end physical inventories.
Ships and prepares parcels for customer orders domestically complying with company shipping policies.
Responsible for shipping, inventory control, proper storage, and movement of material for the company’s warehouses.
Ensures compliance with procedures and requests updates to work instructions as required.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to stocking preferences such as size, type, style, color, or product codes.
Performs cycle counts and prepares results reports. Assists in root cause and corrective action analysis to ensure inventory integrity for all material.
Arranges stock parts in specific sequence for assembly.
Utilizes the ERP system to enter records and ensures transactions are performed correctly.
Operates forklifts as required.
Knowledge of safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.
Provides support to cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate inventory and distribution management to comply with procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Direct work experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and domestic/international shipping.
Forklift certification preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None
Education, Experience, and Training
High School Diploma
Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system.
Training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti‑Bribery and Anti‑Corruption Policy, and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be aware of ERP systems and their functions as well as be able to use Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word when needed.
