Overview This is a seasonal position from April - October. On‑island housing is provided at $10/day.

Retail Manager Are you a dynamic, results‑driven leader with a flair for retail and a love for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Join our team as a Retail Manager and lead the retail operations in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment. In this role, you’ll oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and team development, all while creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily retail store operations, ensuring top‑tier guest service and operational efficiency.

Manage product merchandising, displays, and store organization.

Hire, train, and motivate a passionate retail team.

Drive sales through product knowledge and strategic promotions.

Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.

Handle cash management, reporting, and financial reconciliation.

Maintain store cleanliness, visual appeal, and brand standards.

Resolve guest concerns professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.

Expertise in merchandising, inventory management, and product promotion.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and cash handling.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
