Customer Service & Front Office Coordinator (Full‑Time)
Moldlab is seeking a warm, professional Customer Service & Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and keeping things clean and organized.
Schedule Full‑time position with one of the following schedules (CST):
Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or
Tuesday–Saturday, 8:45 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Candidates must be able to reliably arrive on time for their assigned schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Greet walk‑in customers and visitors and provide outstanding, face‑to‑face service
Pack and ship using Ship Station
Make friendly small talk while professionally guiding customers through drop‑off or pickup
Answer and route phone calls, take detailed messages, and provide basic information about services
Create invoices in QuickBooks quickly and accurately
Assist with simple inventory tasks (checking stock, restocking supplies, updating counts)
Support the lab team with basic administrative tasks as needed

Clear, friendly phone voice and strong communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
Comfortable learning basic QuickBooks invoicing (or has prior experience)
