Position Description Position location:
Topeka, KS; Manhattan, KS; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX & Kansas City, KS
Provides project management services that meet or exceed Builders’ expectations throughout the life of the project and remains the single point of contact for the project.
Employs sound risk management principles that meet or exceed project/business profitability goals, and establishes and ensures milestone dates and deliverables are met.
Supports and engages in a collaborative work environment between all internal company functions and builds trust among peers and customers by developing strong relationships.
Establishes and monitors milestone dates and communicates schedule to builders.
Problem‑solves field issues and resolves claims.
Position Requirements
3+ Years of construction experience required.
1+ Years of frames, doors, and hardware preferred.
Degree in Construction or Business related fields preferred.
