Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on situational criteria.
Job Overview:
Fill and dispense online orders. Locate, prepare, and package merchandise. Ensure accuracy of orders before pickup. Make appropriate product substitutions. Consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
