Technical Operations Specialist
Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) is an innovative small business providing IT and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government and commercial clients.
We have unique strengths in complex, cross‑organizational solution analysis, design, development, implementation, and change management supporting enterprise requirements.
Our team of professionals has deep consulting backgrounds supporting the unique needs of our clients and has proven experience leading strategic initiatives within civilian government agencies.
RCS is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to provide support in ground and air intelligence operations.
Position Details Location: Dulles, VA – candidate must work on site. Relocation assistance is not available.
Schedule: CST – 4 days on, 3 days off; 3 days on, 4 days off (rotating weekly). 12‑hour days, 0600‑1800 or 1800‑0600, rotating from day to night or vice versa quarterly. Differential pay: 10% for hours between 1800 and 0600; 25% for eighthours on Sundays.
Required Qualifications & Education
Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph.
Knowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operations.
Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
Excellent communication skills.
Military background or equivalent operations experience.
Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years relevant experience.
Direct relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree.
Nice to Have Qualifications
Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
Background in SIGINT collection.
Experience working in an Operations Center.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team.
Technical competency in one of the following fields:
SIGINT Collection/Analysis/Targeting
ELINT Collection/Analysis
Electronic Warfare (EW)
Cryptologic Linguist
Radio Operations
Cyber Security
Network Engineering/Security
Information Technology (with degree)
HAM Operations and certification
Certifications
USN/USCG: CTR, CTI, CTN, CTT
USMC: 2600, 2621, 2651, 2631, 2611, 2629
USA: 35S, 35N, 35P
USAF: 1N1, 1N2, 1N3, 1N5
