Receiving Associate

Location: Kaukauna, WI (relocation or daily commute required)
Benefits after 500 working hours: Health, Dental and Vision
Shift: 1st (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Friday, 10 hours)
Job Description Verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments, unloads and lays down of materials, inventory management, support of all receiving functions.
Summary Of Responsibilities/Duties
Drive rough terrain forklift to unload and move materials
Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measure items from incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading invoices, orders, or other records.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
Properly routes items to appropriate department or yard location.
Read and understand certified metal technical records (CMTR's) and input them into file system
Communicate with vendors to acquire missing paperwork
Input receipts on computer
Order shop supplies and maintain consumable crib
Back up Receiving department supervisor duties for vacation/illness
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
Computer proficiency in a variety of computer programs, keyboarding skills.
Experience with rough terrain forklifts
Other Requirements
Ability to use Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience working with Infor CSI Software
