Revenue Operations – Provider Due Diligence Specialist
Remote Position (Hybrid if Local to Bakersfield or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX)

As a Provider Due Diligence Specialist, you’re the gatekeeper of quality. Every provider who wants to join the HFD platform goes through you. You are the investigator, validator, risk‑spotter, and quality champion who makes sure any partner we bring on is real, compliant, trustworthy, and ready to serve patients.
Responsibilities
Lead due‑diligence review
for all new providers entering the sales pipeline.
Licensing / Credential Verification and Documentation Collection
Verify state licenses, board certifications, and disciplinary actions.
Gather and validate required documents.
Legal & Compliance Screening
Investigate malpractice claims, litigation, sanctions, and other red‑flags.
Review state and federal databases to avoid risky partnerships.
Business Identity & Legitimacy Validation
Confirm legal business names, DBAs, entity structure, and ownership.
Ensure the business is real, active, and not operating out of a P.O. Box in space.
Operational & Financial Risk Assessment
Verify provider’s existence (website, hours, NPI).
Confirm provider offers services aligned with our approved patient financing verticals.
Account Provisioning Support
Assist in setting up and provisioning provider accounts after due diligence approval.
Cross‑Department Collaboration
Work with Sales to clarify provider details and keep deals moving.
Coordinate with Legal & Compliance for tricky or escalated cases.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure handoffs feel effortless.
Process Improvement
Streamline due diligence and recommend smart upgrades and automation.
Document SOPs.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Business Operations, or Provider Due Diligence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
Strong knowledge of due diligence, verification workflows, or credentialing.
Attention to detail and self‑motivation.
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
