Organizes seasonal tools/templates

Responsibilities Assortment Curation

May manage assortment plans/creation for small business with support

Executes Assortment and TAT with precision, supporting DSM throughout bottoms‑up planning

Surfaces gaps/opportunities with product priorities against targets (marketing planner, reactivations, allocations)

Trading the Business

Pulls Monday reports; may analyze business trends for actionable insights to feed into WBR

Supports weekly business review with reports and insights/actions to optimize businessSurfaces emerging consumer/product trends based on competitive landscape

Supports Weekly Business Review (WBR) and bi‑weekly Internal Business Alignment (IBAs)

Additional support is needed to deliver Direct assortment excellence pre/during/post World Cup 2026

2026 is the first time the US will host the men’s World Cup since 1994

48 teams, 104 games, ~10 weeks (6/12–8/19)

US Host Cities: Seattle, San Francisco, LA, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, NYC/New Jersey

Canada Host Cities: Vancouver, Toronto

Role focused on physical store assortments across NSO and NVS with supporting collaboration with NDDC team

NA Direct will run IBAs starting December, bi‑weekly to weekly closer to tournament time

Current structure lacks sufficient GFB coverage to support tournament

NA ND Sport Merch Directors cover: GFB, Basketball, Team, Licensed, Golf, Tennis, Field Sports

No buyers in NA Direct dedicated entirely to GFB

Additional attention needed for: priority store assortments, win/lose scenarios, post‑tournament transition to NVS

Recommended project timeline: January–August (9 months)
