Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a
Six Sigma Black Belt
to join our team! The Six Sigma Black Belt will be responsible for leading Six Sigma / Lean productivity projects and mentoring part-time Green Belt resources under the direction of the Associate Director of Productivity.

What you will be doing:
Exceeds annual Black Belt savings metric as established by Leadership
Completes a required number Six Sigma projects per year
Meets established project execution cycle time criteria established by Leadership
Mentors assigned Green Belts
Promotes and leads change by shifting paradigms
Challenges status quo and demonstrates sustainable results projects
Fosters and supports Lean Six Sigma goals and successes
Assists in the identification of high impact projects within assigned Value Stream
Other duties as assigned
What makes you great:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
3-5 years of relevant experience – Project Management, Team Leadership & Mentoring
Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organization levels
Internal Applicants must possess Green Belt certification
External Applicants must possess a Black Belt certification or equivalent experience
Requires 25% - 50% travel
