is seeking an
Assistant Project Manager (APM)
to join their growing Oklahoma City team. This role is ideal for an APM or early-career Project Manager with experience supporting projects ranging from
$3M–$20M , and an interest in working on
aviation, K-12, and healthcare
construction projects. Support Project Managers on projects from
preconstruction through closeout Assist with managing
project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking Coordinate
submittals, RFIs, and document control Help manage
subcontractor buyout, contracts, and pay applications Coordinate with design teams, inspectors, and internal project teams Attend and document
project meetings Track change orders and assist with project financials Support compliance with
safety, quality, and contractual requirements Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover Required Experience & Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience
in commercial construction (APM or PE level) Exposure to projects in the
$3M–$20M range Experience in
aviation, K-12, healthcare, or other institutional projects
preferred Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows Experience with
Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project , or similar software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Must be able to work
onsite in the Oklahoma City area Competitive salary based on experience 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Seniority level
