Overview
This position is responsible for coordinating multiple projects of various disciplines from project estimation through to project completion, which includes processing and evaluating project leads, bidding and securing new projects, closely monitor project schedule, budget and resource allocation, obtaining necessary permits, and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and WSC superintendents and management. Responsibilities
Lead multiple concurrent construction projects from initiation to close-out. Prepare, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with construction superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to specification. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop accurate cost estimates for civil, residential and commercial projects. Qualifications
Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or 5+ years of construction project management in civil, residential and commercial projects Proficient in MS Office, Adobe/Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid/Job Resumes can be submitted to ben.bisland@wsconst.com Benefits
