Overview
We’re looking for a Property Manager to help make a difference in the operations of multi‑family properties. You will be responsible for marketing, leasing, make‑ready coordination, resident requests, property inspections, maintaining files, and problem‑solving to resolve resident, vendor, and associate issues.
Compensation $50,000 – $60,000 yearly.
Responsibilities
Market and lease multi‑family properties.
Coordinate make‑ready activities and resident requests.
Conduct property inspections and maintain files.
Problem‑solve issues involving residents, vendors, and associates.
Qualifications
Over 4 years of property management experience or equivalent.
Organized, outgoing, likable personality, self‑motivated.
Ability to follow instructions, meet new people, and manage multiple tasks.
