To develop and lead our services team to be successful within Digital Pathology? Agilent Technologies is a global leader in Cancer Diagnostics focusing on antibodies, reagents, automation, and Pathology workflow innovations. Through strategic partnerships with existing vendors, Agilent’s current cancer portfolio, and Agilent’s unique access to Pathology labs worldwide, we have high ambitions to make Digital Pathology a key element of our Cancer Diagnostic Value Proposition. This position will report into our "Global Service Operations" (GSO) team in our Agilent Diagnostic Services unit (ADS). The role will lead our investment globally from a service perspective, shaping service strategy and our service organization to be able to talk to Sales, Applications and Customers about Digital Pathology. It is a senior position; you will be the oracle of best practices for deployment and support of Digital Pathology worldwide. Key Responsibilities

Define the Service Strategy for Digital Pathology (Scanner and IT systems) Identify gaps in our World Class Diagnostic Service organization to also achieve success in the Digital Pathology journey, with special focus on Workflow, Project Management and IT capabilities like DICOM, EMRs and PACs Establish best practices and train local teams in how to support sales in Digital Pathology discussion on pre‑sales or deployment questions Support and train our call centres in providing the best possible support to our customers worldwide Qualifications

To apply you must have been working with Digital Pathology for at least 5 years. We are looking for a person that can help us on the right path from the beginning. Whether you were a laboratory super user for Digital Pathology, come from an IT department with integration experience, or have a background from a Digital Pathology manufacturer is not important. Just as long as you bring deep Digital Pathology experience from a workflow, Project Management or IT perspective. The personal capabilities to be a lighthouse for Digital Pathology. This will require leadership, coaching, patience, and establishment of best practices. Virtues you should hold as an applicant. You speak and communicate in English on a high level. This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
