Location: Sussex County, NJ Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week) Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client) Available Schedules
Wantage: M-Thursday 4-7PM Newton: Monday-Friday any 4-hour block between 2:30–8:00 PM About Compass ABA
Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, or NM. Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence. Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans. Offer encouragement and care during sessions. Create a safe, structured learning environment. Collect and record data to guide treatment. Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT. Requirements
High School Diploma (college preferred). Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks. Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play‑based activities.
