Who You’ll Work With This role is heavily collaborative, working with cross‑functional APLA teams in Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Business and Inventory Planning. You will also work closely with the Jordan Energy team across Territory and Global.
Who We Are Looking For
6+ years in business planning, assortment planning, merchandise planning or equivalent experience
Retail Planning Expertise: Strong understanding of assortment planning, inventory management, and retail financial metrics
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling); experience with planning systems (SAP, o9, Workbench) preferred
Operational Mindset: Ability to manage complex seasonal calendars, code gates, and planning deliverables with precision
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
What You’ll Work On
Seasonal Management: Build and manage seasonal assortment plans for Jordan Energy, ensuring alignment with financial targets, consumer insights, and marketplace strategies
Retail Planning & Forecasting: Develop bottom‑up forecasts and manage assortment plans to optimize inventory and brand revenue across multiple territories
Operational Excellence: Own key planning tools and processes (Workbench, Airtable, SAP, QS Allocations), ensuring timely submissions and accuracy for seasonal code gates and activation milestones
Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage Excel and advanced analytics to track performance, identify risks/opportunities, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandising, Marketplace, and Global & Territory teams to align on assortment strategies and seasonal priorities
