Responsibilities RN House Supervisor – Night Shift at Valle Vista Health System. You will directly supervise assigned staff within our nursing department in accordance with the hospital’s policies and applicable laws. Key responsibilities include staff recruitment and development, workforce planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, staff recognition, investigating complaints, and partnering with senior leadership to resolve problems and explore performance improvement.

Qualifications

Current license to practice nursing in Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew).

Current CPR or BLS certification.

Three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing. Management experience preferred.

Associate of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited program required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing strongly preferred.
