Business Development Representative – Surface Experts of Northeast Philadelphia
Location: Northeast Philadelphia, PA Base pay range: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year. Compensation also includes mileage reimbursement, free uniforms, and a competitive salary package. Visit 10 to 15 apartment communities, hotels, and commercial properties each workday (leads provided). Meet with property managers or maintenance heads, walk through units, and assess repair needs. Educate clients on surface repair services and book required repairs. Review sales routes, prepare calls, and complete minimal administrative tasks. Document all activity in the CRM and maintain a 10‑minute check‑in with the Owner. Coordinate with repair technicians and franchise owners to ensure customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For
Goal‑oriented, self‑starter who is coachable and eager to learn. Enthusiastic about connecting with people and working in a team environment. Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds; prior sales experience is a plus Professional, caring, service‑minded, and ready to thrive in a metrics‑based, process‑driven sales system. Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided). Territory coverage based out of West Orlando – Apopka, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Celebration. Strong communication skills – bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Benefits
