Maintenance Quality Assurance Coordinator

Responsible for all reporting, execution and analysis of Palm Tran Maintenance Quality Assurance Program for fixed routes. Auditing compliance of the Maintenance for the Paratransit fleet, while working with the Director of Maintenance and all other departments to ensure QA program is being met while adhering to Palm Tran and CBA policies.
EXAMPLES OF WORK
Implement and oversee the Quality Assurance Program.
Conduct biweekly and monthly audits in the Maintenance Department to ensure goals are met, including 5S compliance.
Conduct monthly PM Compliance audits.
Perform 20% QA audits on Post PMs.
Manage the PM Program utilizing the CMMS.
Review PM work orders for accuracy and application of the 3C’s.
Audit the Maintenance training program.
Work closely with Maintenance Superintendents at both locations.
Review and create new KPI matrices.
Perform, coordinate, and oversee audits of maintenance processes with Technical Trainers.
Coordinate internal control and quality assurance reviews.
Log QA status through monthly reports.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, plus three (3) years of customer service and quality assurance experience. Progressively responsible professional experience in quality assurance auditing, investigation, and/or analysis, along with direct experience auditing contract compliance for maintenance contractors. A strong understanding of internal control requirements and best practices, with the ability to recommend mitigating controls, is essential. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license.
Equivalency Options
High School Diploma/GED , plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in customer service and quality assurance, including experience in quality assurance auditing, investigation, and/or analysis, and direct experience auditing contract compliance for maintenance contractors.
Experience and knowledge in transit maintenance, along with prior work experience within public transit.
