As

Business Operations and Client Engagement Specialist , you will own the daily operations of the office to ensure it runs effectively as well as actively support our various client events. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience, acting as the first point of contact between clients and financial advisors. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll provide support wherever needed and solve issues as they may arise. We are looking for a candidate who embodies our core values: someone who is committed to

You will do:

Office Operations : Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our Boynton Beach office. This includes ensuring the office environment is professional, organized, and efficient. Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Front Desk Operations : Be the front‑facing representative of the office by greeting visitors, delivering a welcoming and professional image, handling inquiries, and handling phone calls.

Appointment Setting : Support appointment setting efforts including scheduling new appointments, rescheduling appointments, confirming appointments, addressing calendar conflicts, and assigning conference rooms.

Advisor Support : Provide administrative support to the Advisors by preparing paperwork before and after client meetings, copying, scanning, and mailing, so that our advisors can focus primarily on our clients.

Client Engagement : Partner with our Marketing team to support several aspects of our weekly evening client events. This includes logistics, catering, venue selection, on‑site event support, and post‑event support.

About you:

Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic achievement.

2+ years of experience in client service, office/business operations, and/or event planning.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Preferably experienced working with Salesforce or other similar CRMs.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. You are always looking for creative solutions, comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and adaptive to evolving needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Based in the Boynton Beach area and comfortable working in‑person 5 days per week.

Compensation:

Final salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
