Cloud IT Business Analyst

involves gathering requirements and defining business processes to modernize legacy HR systems to cloud‑based solutions such as Workday HCM and integration. Responsibilities include implementing testing strategies and configuring Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave, Payroll, and Time Tracking Modules; designing and developing a global security framework; creating calculated fields and evaluating expressions; applying FLSA, payroll, and absence engine calculations; arranging tenant and localization set‑up; building BRIT reports with Workday Studio; configuring Prism; creating data‑driven tests with TOSCA; automating functionality using Jenkins and Jira; and utilising tools such as HCM, WMS, WSDL, HTML5, CSS3, XML, XSLT, SOAP, UIA Engine, REST, DIS, DEX, SQL, Tricentis, and CCW’s.
Other:
Full‑time position with travel to unanticipated client locations within the United States.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is accepted.
