Job Description We are seeking an

IT Product Owner

to join our dynamic team in

Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!

The Product Owner will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of our enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Sales, Operations) and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for the CLM platform.

Translate business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.

Ensure delivery aligns with business goals, compliance standards, and IT architecture.

Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Operations to gather requirements and align on priorities.

Facilitate workshops, demos, and sprint reviews with business stakeholders.

Serve as the primary liaison between IT delivery teams and business product owners.

Work closely with solution architects, integration teams, and vendors to ensure proper system configuration and integration (CRM, ERP, procurement systems, e‑signature platforms).

Assess technical feasibility, scalability, and security impacts of requested features.

Ensure adherence to enterprise IT standards and compliance frameworks.

Drive Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, retrospectives) in collaboration with the Scrum Master.

Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple CLM workstreams.

Support release planning, testing, and deployment activities.

Monitor system usage and performance, identify areas for optimization.

Define and track KPIs for adoption, efficiency, and compliance.

Stay up to date with CLM technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.

5 years in IT product ownership, business analysis, or application management roles.

2 years working specifically with CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Coupa, Agiloft, Conga, or equivalent).

Solid background in system integrations (CRM, ERP, Procurement, e‑signature, etc.).

Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong understanding of IT architecture, security, and compliance requirements.

Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization abilities.

Preferred

Agile Product Owner or Scrum certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM).

Experience in global, multi‑stakeholder environments.

Familiarity with contract management processes and legal operations.
