Overview Entegris is seeking an energetic, experienced Operations Program/Project Manager to oversee successful execution of various projects within our Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This new hire will be a site leader for program and project management efforts across our diverse projects.
Responsibilities
Ensure successful completion of assigned programs and projects through direct management and coordination with cross‑functional global project teams.
Manage an onsite lead project manager and interact regularly with a broad range of technical and functional management and subject‑matter experts throughout the organization globally.
Utilize project management techniques to develop project charters, budgets, risk assessments, resource plans, project schedules, and periodic project updates.
Utilize project management systems and reporting tools to track and report project status to stakeholders and management.
Manage critical, daily activities to support the business and operations teams to ensure successful execution of both operational and product‑focused projects.
Lead project team meetings, update, and maintain project documentation and status within the project management system.
Guide project teams through various phases of each project with a focus on open actions and deliverables.
Identify risks to project deliverables and/or timing, communicate those risks to stakeholders and management, and develop plans to minimize them.
Interface as needed with outside parties, including vendors, suppliers, partners, and customers, through virtual conference calls and in‑person meetings.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, reporting, and systems related to project management.
Qualifications
5+ years of Portfolio and/or Project Management experience with a strong understanding of project‑management principles. Capex project management experience highly desired.
PMP Certification preferred.
Knowledge of project‑management processes, such as Scrum and Agile.
Demonstrated project‑management skills including scoping projects, estimating resources, and managing risks.
Demonstrated leadership by indirectly managing and guiding cross‑functional teams to meet project goals and deliverables.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly and influence others through complex projects and processes.
Desire to develop a broad understanding of the business across multiple functions and willingness to engage in the details required to move projects forward.
Hands‑on approach to meeting project scope and timing, including assisting team members in completing deliverables as needed.
A self‑starter who is curious, agile, creative and able to work and communicate across geographic boundaries and multiple cultural environments.
Ability to identify and address risks proactively and manage conflict constructively while collaborating with cross‑functional team members to enhance portfolio and business value creation.
Strong focus on ensuring a safe working environment that complies with all Company policies and practices, and a strong commitment to Entegris PACE values.
Availability for early morning or evening conference calls.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 per year (actual pay depends on candidate’s overall skills).
